Christmas card challenges ... week 4

Hi Friends
Playing with challenges today, I have set myself a goal of making 2 Christmas cards a week for 2017, this week I used the challenge from the  Christmas Card Challenge blog to make two cards.

Now when I'm looking again I see I have a similar design as a card posted from the design team.  I guess great minds think alike as they say :).  I cut my presents with a cricut cartridge, used Stampin' Up papers and cardstock and the sentiement stamp is from GinaK designs. Thanks for Looking!!

The Paper Players challenge 327

This week the the Paper Players challenge blog had one of my favorite challenges!
the challenge to use black, white and one other color.  I also followed a challenge to use a black background with two patterned papers to create these two cards

it's about time for another post :)

Hi friends .. it looks like this blog has been long neglected!  so look for a couple of updates today.  I have a 3 day weekend for the Martin Luther King holiday so I've been cardmaking.  I set a goal of 30 cards and I'm well on my way, I've made 27 without today's totals.  Be on the lookout for pictures soon
